Senior Support Officer
PANLEGIS är en av Europas ledande leverantörer av företagsetablering med tillhörande företagstjänster, och dessutom en registrerad partner till Companies House. Vi söker en Senior Support Officer till vår Credit Control avdelning. Du kommer att ansvara för att obetalda fakturor och skulder blir reglerade samt hantera konton på ett effektivt och proffesionellt sätt med fokus på försäljning och långsiktigt nöjda kunder.
Ansvarsområden:
- Involvera kunderna genom att fokusera på kundernas behov och identifiera möjligheter att göra nya affärer och involvera säljteamet i dessa.
- Kontakta kunderna och hjälpa dem med att finna lösningar för att reglera deras obetalda skulder. Och att förhandla fram överenskommelser för betalning.
- Förmåga att föra en positiv dialog med svåra kunder.
- Svara på inkommande samtal från kunder som aktivt söker en lösning att reglera sin skuld.
- Ha tålamod och uthållighet att bearbeta kunderna.
- Nå uppsatta målsättningar och budget.
- Säkerställa att all korrespondans och relevant information angående kunderna är uppdaterad.
Kvalifikationer:
- Minst 2 års säljerfarenhet samt erfarenhet inom skuld indrivning är meriterande.
- Förmåga att under stress ha fokus på detaljer.
- Snabbtänkt problemlösare som har förmågan att förhandla fram den bästa lösningen.
- Skriva och tala Svenska obehindrat.
- Van att ta egna initiativ och arbeta i grupp.
- Svenska som modersmål och kunna tala Engelska flytande.
- Fördel om du även talar Norska
