Som Sales Manager ansvarar du för en internationell grupp som alla har väldigt lång erfarenhet inom försäljning. Ditt ansvar är att kunna fatta snabba beslut, analysera statistik/nyckeltal/samtal, utbilda säljarna i säljpsykologi, säljteknik samt leda gruppen framåt med syfte att nå de uppsatta försäljningsmålen, bibehålla en god arbetsmiljö och hög kvalitet i servicenivå och levererade tjänster.
Vi söker Dig som:
- Kan uttrycka dig väldigt väl i det svenska språket
- Kan uttrycka dig väl i både tal och skrift på Engelska
- Brinner för att tjäna mycket pengar
- Är en naturlig ledare
- Har coach erfarenhet
- Disciplinerad och kan leda en grupp människor
- Har egen säljerfarenhet
- Är van att arbeta under hög press
- Har tidigare erfarenhet av egen försäljning via telefon
- Har minst 2 års erfarenhet från en liknande roll

We operate one of the most dynamic and high paced sales floors in Europe. Our sales team work almost only with incoming warm leads. We understand the importance of sales, and we employ top sales managers and coaches. You need no prior sales experience to apply, though. If you have the right personality, we will make you a top seller in less than a year.
As one of the largest company formation experts in Europe, we need top lawyers inhouse to handle individual cases and our general legal product development. Our intellectual property department also serves thousands of clients all over Europe. You need to have some basic understanding of company law and IP law, but the most important thing we look for is intelligence and ability to learn quickly.
